Roughly the size of Herman Munster’s lunchbox, Weber’s Gas Go-Anywhere grill is light - yet stable, and small - but still powerful enough to get up to 550 degrees in 10 minutes. This little guy sears beautifully using a mini tank or a full-size LP Tank, and the igniter even works!
Originally I bought one to teach my 11 year old daughter the basics of grilling. But after picking up the optional 4 foot hose/regulator that allows me to use a full-size LP Tank - I’m hooked myself.
I have a Weber Performer (full-sized kettle w/ stainless steel cart), a Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker, and now this little dynamo (as my only gas grill). It is small enough to sit on my side-door stoop, and would certainly enable most anyone with limited outdoor space to grill.
When you want to go mobile, just fold-up the legs over the lid (they act as a lock to secure the whole thing), grab a mini tank, and go. From the time you take it out of the trunk, til meat sizzles on the pre-heated grate - only 15 minutes should have elapsed.
