This is without a doubt the best grill I have ever used. You get quite a few handy extra’s over the silver model such as the hinged cooking grate which allows you to add coals without removing the food and removable ash catch pan underneath. Makes cleanup a breeze. The grill itself is extremely sturdy. You can tell it will last for years.

Let’s talk about how it cooks. In a charcoal grill you can cook in one of two main methods, direct and in-direct. With direct the food is directly over the coals. This is mostly used for steaks, burgers and what not. In-direct is when you pile the coals on the edges of the grates, have a drip pan in the middle, and cook over the drip pan. I have yet to have anything I put on this grill turn out bad. It cooks evenly and perfectly every time.

My family and I cook on this grill daily. Even cookies and cakes are grilled at our house. (In pans, of course.) It stands up wonderfully to such use. I’ve had cheaper grills that fall apart or rust out in no time. Not so with this one. It stills fits together the same and looks just as good as when it was new. Weber really is the best you can buy.
